Black LabEl Boudoir Sessions
I approach boudoir photography just a little differently. First off, I value privacy. Your images will never be shown to anyone else unless I specifically ask permission, and you enthusiastically consent. Even then, I'm not the type to publish much online, and I prefer to showcase anonymous images or use paid models for my displays making these sessions unique, private, black-label boudoir. Couples, men, moral-support companions, and groups of friends are welcome.
Pricing & Packages
Classic
$800
One hour in a studio environment, providing a gallery of 50-150 images. Select your favorite 10 for vanity edits (perfected to your specifications) and your favorite 3 to be printed on hand-torn, deckled-edge fine art paper. Payment plans are welcome.
Luxury
$1200
One hour in a studio environment, or at a location of your choice. Expect a gallery of 80-100 images. Select 30 for custom vanity edits (you specify), and 10 to be printed and nestled into a luxury clamshell display box or choose an adorable 5x5 album!
Party Sessions
$1500
It can be so fun to share a session with friends. Bring drinks, cheer each other on, and take turns celebrating one another's best sultry vibes. Fun for milestone birthdays, bachelorette parties, or random vacation adventures!
FAQ
How do party sessions work?
A. Party sessions include people you are fully comfortable with. People invited only by you. Each participant receives their own gallery link to choose their final images. 10 for vanity edits and 3 for printing, with additional image edits and products offered after the session. Best for groups of 4-10. $150 per person over 10.
How does payment work?
A. 50% to hold your scheduled session booking, and the balance is due before the final edits (not at the session). This creates a bit of gentle encouragement and some emotional protection. In case you don't fall in love with these images (but you totally will), you would be released from owing that second payment. Boudoir is sensitive. I am happy to share the risk.
What if I want my partner there?
A. That's absolutely fine. Romance is my entire job and I'm a fan of love in all it's forms. If you want your partner there for accountability, encouragement, posing suggestions, or to actually be in the photographs with you - that's completely up to you. This is your session. Bring outfits, bring props. If the "prop" is your partner, that seems perfectly normal to me.
What about hair and makeup?
A. Absolutely. If you aren't comfortable doing your own, there are several suggestions we can discuss. I love matching each person's vision with the right artist and have long-term relationships with stylists and makeup artists who specialize in glam, natural, retro, fantasy, and more. Let me get to know your style a little bit and I can guide you in the right direction, but if you want to feel truly amazing, plan on about $250 for hair and makeup (with lashes), and we'll figure out if "on-site" is better than an independent salon appointment. Lots of clients schedule their bridal makeup trial & boudoir session together.
