My invoicing system is automatic. So once you put together your collection and reserve your date with the retainer fee, the remaining balance can be split up to help you space out the costs. The invoices will auto-email you with a "pay now" link that you can click whenever you're ready. All your previous payments will show in the system so you'll never lose track of the remaining total. Better yet, anyone with the invoice link can pay, so if you have a parent or contributing family member that would like to cover a portion of your event, it's hassle-free and the payment they make will show up in your records as "paid". It's super easy to enter cash and check payments too in case we meet in person and that works better. I'm happy to do whatever works best for you!
