This was a rare dry evening in a streak of obnoxiously wet weather. We met up at Asylum Lake Nature Preserve, walked the trails, and stayed out 'till dark after crossing over to Woods Lake Park. It was peaceful and serene. The deer confidently shared space with us, so I let their presence add to the fun! I love the privacy this area of Kalamazoo offers! At nightfall, there was a purple-blue ombre sky so we did some lovely blue-hour silhouettes and then reverse silhouettes with wireless flash rim light after dark!
