Private Elopement - Lake Michigan - Kirk Park - West Olive
On the shores of Lake Michigan in early October, Kristin and Austin exchanged rings with private vows. This prelude to their home state courthouse wedding allowed them to express their love, adoration, commitment, and intentions with no one around for miles! The sun worked with us that day, painting the sky with vibrant light as a gift to the moment.
To capture the audio, we placed hidden microphones on each of them, (Zac filming video, while I captured photos). We were a considerable distance away using telephoto lenses to protect the peace of their exchange. If you are shy, sensitive, or prefer alone time for your vows, we are happy to accommodate. When the sweet exchange was over, there was still plenty of time in this one-hour elopement commission to capture some posed images (and video).
